Dale Gray turned from a management career in engineering to fine woodworking in 1997.

His father was a cabinetmaker in Iowa, which makes Old Mill Interior Designs part of a grand family tradition.

Dale is an Air Force veteran and a high school baseball coach. He graduated with honors from the University of Northern Iowa.
